My JAKE is a web-and-mobile system which will be used to collect caregiver-reported information about individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or symptoms of ASD, for monitoring and outcomes assessment. My JAKE Mobile Medical App V1.0 is not to be used as a standalone diagnostic tool.
